Offline viewer app

I am currently working on a C# app that parses ArkInventory.lua from
the SavedVariables directory and allows the user to browse and search
through the data. The app queries WowHead.com for item data so that
it can display more data than is just stored in the lua file.

The app is usable now, though it isn't finished, and I had considered
hosting it on google code, but I wanted to contact the author of
arkinventory before I did that.
