Complete frFR translation

Hi,

Like i was saying when I published the first version of my file, I
completed my french translation. I updated it to the 3.02.04 Beta
version of the add-on. It's a little more complete than the translation
file of Rhon and it work a few better for the sorting of the categories
of the items.
