Managingseveral options of a single product can become tricky, especially when doing it manually. Custom options inventory automates the whole process of stock management, so your customers can always get the products they want.
Need to display EXTRA options only when the MAIN one(s) are selected? The Options Dependency feature makes it easy to create a single product with any number of variations to choose from (e.g. materials, size, color, dimension, etc.).
According to the Mageworx License Agreement, you can use one copy of Mageworx software on one Magento production installation. Thus, separate Magento installations require purchasing separate licenses.
Please mind that the extensions are not domain related, i.e., if you run each website on one Magento installation, then one license can be used. However, if you've got several websites on different Magento installations, then you would need to purchase separate licenses for each of them.
Please note that this is except for those Magento 1 extensions that are intended to be upgraded to their Magento 2 versions within 30 days since the moment of M1 version purchase. In such a case, a refund will be applied solely to the Magento 2 extension version.
Add a multitude of product variations to product pages in a couple of clicks. Create templates for a wide range of custom variants, including size, color, brand, storage, dimensions, or whatever quality your configurable products may have, and apply them to ANY amount of products.
Use Magento Custom Options to get more accurate shipping costs (right in the shopping cart), and calculate the net profit each product variant brings. Set custom weight, and cost values for any chosen product option.
APO enables you to manage the final product SKU and how the product with variants gets added to the cart or order. After you get Product Options, you'll be able to apply the SKU policy either in the cart and/or in the order only. The SKU policy can be chosen on a template or product level.
The Magento Customize Product extension allows you to translate product options to different languages or even disable specific values for the necessary store views/languages. With Magento product builder for custom options, you can:
Advanced Product Options extends the Magento 2 native products GraphQL API requests and adds all our features to these responses. We've also developed separate requests for getting the dependent and default options. It makes dependency calculation unnecessary on your end as the Magento extension returns options and values that are hidden or selected depending on the customer choice.
It also enables you to migrate option templates from one Magento 2 store to another, i.e., copy option templates from your development or staging stores to live Magento 2 stores. With Magento 2 Custom Options, you can:
Yes, with the extension, you can create options templates and assign them to any number of products at once. If you update options within a template, the changes will be automatically copied to all assigned products.
Yes, the APO can enable the Qty field for the product options. Your customers will be able to add different quantities of each chosen option then. The final price will be calculated using these quantities.
Yes, the Magento 2 APO extension allows you to create options and replace the main product image if your customers choose these options. You can also easily define what exact image should replace the main product picture.
The buyer has high expectations of the product look when it comes to shopping online. Color, texture, and pattern should be well-visualized and correctly represent an item. Various types of swatches help display product variants most beautifully.
While Magento offers the basic functionality for product options, you will need to go an extra mile to make options and values applicable to a particular configurable product programmatically or opt for our Advanced Product Options.
If you set up the number of items in the pack as an option, you can set the quantity multiplier for each value to set the number, which will be deducted from the main product stock for each option value. E.g., if your customers choose the pack of 6 items, 6 items will be deducted from the stock. If your customers choose the pack of 9 items, 9 items will be deducted from the stock, etc.
Yes, APO allows you to set minimum and maximum numbers your customers can choose for the options on the front-end. These numbers can be configured for each option separately. You can add the corresponding notifications to inform your customers about the limits.

you should go to Snippets folder and locate this file. Please note that though the name may be different, it should contain a reference to the 'product', not the, e.g. social networks or such.
Please note that these edits are needed in case you choose the theme after the installation of the app, because if you've installed the theme and then added the app, these files will be added automatically. If that is exactly your case, please go to the next section.
The app allows creating the templates and assigning them to the appropriate products. The template itself is the pre-defined set of options that can be applied to different products at the same time. Thus, you can create one template and assign it to different products. To create, view, edit or delete the templates you should go to Apps > Advanced Product Options.
The Display Beside Option displays all the images as thumbnails directly below this option, while for the Display Once Selected the image will be shown below the option value if this value is selected.
With Overlay mode, each next selected image will overlay the main (and the previous ones) product image. This works with the png files as they have the transparent alpha channel. This feature is useful when you let customers create their own item design, like applying a wording print design over a T-shirt.
This option can be useful in case the store owner wishes the client to put some text to personalize the product (e.g. the name to engrave on the cup). This feature provides 2 option types to select from.
Once the Input Type is selected, the custom options value grid will be shown. We will describe its features and nuances a bit later in this document. Right now, you will need to know that Title is the desired title to be shown for the customer and the Price is the price that will be added if this option value will be populated by the customer.
This option allows users to upload files. It may be useful to encourage the customers to send some particular files (like the custom T-shirt design). In the backend, you can specify the Allowed File Extension to load.
Once the Input Type is selected, the custom options value grid will be shown. We've already described the specific option values setting in the previous section and here we'll go through the default ones.
The Price Type specifies the surcharge of the option. If Fixed option is selected, the numbers represent the exact sum of money, Percent stands for the percentage changes. To calculate the percentage not from the original product price but from the price that the customer gets when previous options are chosen, use the Percentage based on the options above. If the product option doesn't change the price, the field can be left empty.
The Link by Variant ID field is used to link the option value to some existing products. In this case, the linked products will be added to the checkout if these options are chosen. Please check this article to find the correct variant ID.
This setting may be disabled in the app's configuration. If you do not observe it on your website, please check here whether the Enable Inventory Qty for Options setting is set to Yes. There you may also configure additional stock settings.
With Advanced Custom Options app, you can apply the conditional logic. With this feature, you can create a product with a range of options (e.g. storage, RAM, size, color, etc.) and display these options depending on customers' initial choice. Thus, you can offer products with the specific set of options (child options) based on the initially selected one (parent option). For this, on the child (dependable) option value click the +add parent link.
It is possible to add several parent custom options. It is possible to select the particular custom option value or any value of some option. Any parent option values might be selected to display the current option value.
