Issue 38: Add worker threads to JAI Processor

In our JAIProcessor, we only have one thread that is in charge of
sequentially analyzing a Pixel object and inserting it into the Mosaic.
With careful synchronization on our Mosaic, we could easily make worker
threads in the JAIProcessor that would speed up this process.
