I've been using SMARTDNSPROXY.COM for about 10 years.A couple of questions I've had have been answered quickly and accurately within minutes.Much cheaper then a normal VPN and the connection speed is not effected unlike a VPN.Very happy with the service.

A great professional team!!! Every single time I contacted the Help Team over the years, they ALWAYS found the best solution. I travel extensively between Asia, Europe and North America. The access can be tricky sometimes when I change regions. But the Help Team is always there to support me within 30 minutes. Thank you soooo much!!

I really like their quick response to a query or complaint. It is very helpful to a client to feel in communication with a service. Usually a problem is resolved quickly. But until that happens you are kept in touch and that is hugely important for me. Their instructions to adjust your setup when necessary are clear and easy to follow.

Recently, I moved my DNS service to Smart DNS and I was amazed with the service and the server. I can stream all my favorite platforms like peacock, now tv , Discovery+, sling and Paramount+ USA, Netflix and Prime Amazon and all are working comfortably without effecting my net speed. And I am amazed with the quick response from both sales and technical team in answering and resolving issue with span of 30 min. Wow, keep it up guys, great work.

SmartDNSProxy is perfect for me in the USA to watch national Swedish television on the app SVT-Play. SmartDNSProxy provides what I think the cheapest connection combined with a more or less instant, professional and friendly service. If everything in the world was as smooth as the service their team provides, it would be a much better world!

Setting this up on my mesh extender has been fantastic. It's really easy to do and it means how televisions can all be connected. Accessing content that is Geo blocked is now a breeze. The best thing about this company is the customer service.

I've been a customer for over 6 years, usingSmartdnsproxy in conjunction with Amazon fire products outside of the US. There's rarely any issues, and we've only needed help from their customer service a couple time, most recently to resolve not being able to access Amazon briefly in April 2024.
