Hey Hey there!!
Well done everybody!!
We are having great participation in the gdocs, people are filling in the material list, and EVERYONE answered the personal information and sent the passport to Taylan, 4 days before the deadline!! Yeha!!
that's a committed team!
And since you woke (if it never felt asleep) my motivation up again... here I go with the official premier of the
worms4ARARAT13 training system!!!!
Goal: Motivating all the members where ensuring their personal fitting.
Target: As mentioned before: I think we should be running twice a week for about 50min (but If you are not used to, start with 30min! (otherwise injures may occur..)
How it works? Super straight forward!1. You go running, (with music, with a friend or with your dog) and whenever you feel tired you
close your eyes and try to
picture yourself just 10m below the Ararat's summit!
2. You get home, take a shower and fill this
form! (Just two questions; your name and running time)
3. You can automatically see a raw graph that counts your running sessions.
4. You check the
Worms4Ararat blog where a daily update shows how far are you from the target (at least 10 running sessions before Ararat) and how are the other colleagues doing!
first graph: running sessions
second graph: total accumulated running time
Hopefully everyone push their gauge to the green zone!! (>30#)...
It just depends on you!! (But you should start counting now!!)
Let's see if it works!
Good night, and good training!
Oriol,
(I already inputed some info from some of you..;)
