First aid kid + info members + Taylan's questions

Hey all!!

Good night! We are almost ready to go! 

I just send you some info about 2 topics and also asking you to fill up some important information!! It's a long email... but please read it until the end! :)

1) First aid kid

I have shared with you the first aid kid with all the medicines that we are going to bring to Ararat.

We are going to print this table and put inside each first aid kit bag,so every catalan will know how to use the medicines. Sorry, I have made the document in catalan, but of course we will be more than happy to help you the ones that doesn't understand catalan :)

I just want to share with you because then you can check it and ask questions if there is something that you don't understand or if you think that something important is missing. 

Important things:

- Of course, if someone has special necessities must know in advance what to do and bring his/her own medicine. Ex: Bernat for your eyes, Xavier with your stomach? (Oriol told me that your are sensible with that... Just check if that's enough for you), girls with the period, etc.

- Compeed. They are quite expensive, so we have decided that we will buy some few for the first aid kid, just as an emergency ones, but it would be a good idea if everyone who thinks that will probably have blisters buys his/her own compeeds.

2) Document: Info members

a) It's important that we have some copies of our personal data. We are going to print some copies of this information, so please check if all yours is ok.

b) We should also write down in the document our number of policy/insurance and also the telephone of the insurance that we should call in case it's necessary.

c) Also it's a good idea to give this number and telephone to someone in your family or friends.

d) Can be really useful to scan and also have a fotocopy of your important documents: Insurance, passport, (maybe also bank cards).

Scannig is useful because you can for example scan them and then attach them in an email and send it to yourself. So you will have the copy in your email and it's possible and easy to print them from there! (the passport can be lost or the bank card can be stolen...)

- Long time ago was asked if someone has alergies and it seems that any of us has alergy to peniciline. But we must also know about your two friends because there are some medicines that can't be taken if you are alergic to peniciline and we have to know if we need to buy them or not.
