Real Expenses: IMPORTANT commitment

Hey, good night everybody! This is just around the corner! 

I'm sorry to inform you that Eloi and I are the bad guys of the expedition, the ones who will ask you money --or the good ones who will pay you back some expenses ;).

We've put all the expenses together. There are still missing some extra things we'll buy there that we don't exactly know now, and there are some quantities that are just guesses.

The expected expenses for the whole expedition are about 170 €/person (425 TL/person), but it could be a bit more.

Eloi and I have decided (if it's fine for you ;P) to proceed that way:

- On Saturday we will collect 350 TL from all NON-Catalan and 250 TL from the Catalan for the kitty (pool of money). Just to remark: we will collect TL not €. 

  This corresponds to 140 € for the non-Catalan and 100 € so that we'll be able to pay all the Turkish expenses until going down from Ararat (the 40 € difference from the Catalans comes from the fact that we will have already paid about 400 € and we are 10). 

  NOTE FOR THE CATALANS: the ones who have not paid anything should bring the extra 40 € so we can pay back to the people who already spent money  either at the beginning or at the end of the trip*.

- Every one will keep the others 30 €/person (75 TL/person) until we'll be again in some civilized point (back from the mountain). There we will see whether we need them and how to use them in the better way.

- Of course we all should bring extra money just in case either in TL or € as we will be able to change once back from the mountain in case we needed.

Notice that we have assumed the change to be 2.50 TL per €.
