I don´t agree with your comment that Empire "BLACK" is the largest empire.

According to the campaign rules you sent us the EMERALD Empire
"YELLOW" is the largest empire.

The rules state:

The player with the most tiles has the largest empire, and so on. If
players are tied for the number of tiles, use the number of cities as
a tiebreak, then number of castles, and finally a dice roll if they
are otherwise identical. This order is for the whole turn, even if
circumstances change.

So it is very clear that the YELLOW Empire is the largest one ;)

I dsagree to your opinion:

In the sentence before is written: Tiles that contain a city count as
two tiles when working out the size of a player'a empire.
Black has therfore 4 tiles as yellow and has the cities tiebreak.

We have 3 tiles (= 3Points); 1 city (=1Point) = 4 Points overall; the
same like you;
But we have an mine extra, that, you don´t have anymore.

Be sure that before I decided I studied the rules over again and
that's how I came to the results:

Rules say a tile with a city counts as two tiles. So Yellow and Black
both have 4 tiles going by that. A bit later the rules state that if
there is a tie the empire with more castles or cities wins.

So in my eyes it's quite clear that Empire Black leads.

I were somehow misslead by the old campaign.

But then answer me one question.

Which advantag or let´s say which sense does it then make to have much
tiles....actually no one.

It´s allways better to have cities instead as they count the same,
give you and advantage when you have same number as other empire and
you are not that easily attacked by other empires.

Should it not be the opposite way that the empire with the most tiles
is the biggest one instead of the one with the most cities ???

You did not get the message.....

There is absolutely no reason for goin to have much tiles as it has
only disadvantages.

It´s better to stay small compact in terms of tiles and build a city
on each of them.
I need to spend same points as for tiles and I´m less vulnerable as I
will not lose that tiles easily.

So you should change the sentence....the empire with the most points
is getting 100 extra points.....instead of the biggest one :P
