OSEHRA shut down Feb. 14. 2020 and transferred many of their assets to
WorldVistA. WorldVistA is a 501(c)3 all volunteer run, nonprofit organization
incoporated in 2002. WorldVistA is very appreciative of popHealth but has no
volunteers available with the necessary skills to maintain it and no funding
to hire others to maintain it.

Please join this group to help plan for the future of popHealth and feel free
to contribute in any way so this valuable software can remain certified and
useful. If you are not able to join the meeting, please
feel free to contact me or post to this group.

If you will recall, at last meeting I was pointed at a company called Semantic
Bits which probably has a programmer or two who might have done contract work
on Cypress or popHealth at one time. Chelsea Arthur from that company will
meet with me and Peter Li anyone else who wants to join at 4 PM Eastern
tomorrow on Zoom. I hope anyone who is interested and knowledgeable will join
to help bring Chelsea up to speed on what will be needed so she can see if her
company would be able to help us. We will, of course, have to find some funds
to pay them if we all agree it would be wise to get their help.

I have access to student developers and can hire full time developers if needed, I just don't have the funds to do so. I know for sure that my student developers would be cheaper than Semantic Bits and I can probably find a full time developer in South Dakota cheaper than most other places.

Just throwing that out there as an option/alternative to a full-fledged development company. I would love to contract with this group to further the development of PopHealth, but being a self-funded agency I have to have a contract/funding in place before I can do something like that.

People already familiar with the software is who I am after. As I am sure you
can probably guess, getting a VistA developer as opposed to a MUMPS developer
to work on a VistA project is a night and day difference. I am hoping they
have people that are experienced. Even better, would be if you could identify
a ND developer with experience with popHealth as I am sure that person would
be far less expensive and probably work with us more closely than a large
organization is likely to.

Barring that, do you have some bright students who need an internship
opportunity?

For those who were not at the meeting, it was suggested that we try to see if
SemanticBits, a contractor that oversees work on the Bonnie and MAT project
for Mitre, would be able to help us with popHealth. The Bonnie project uses
Cypress.

We spoke with a rep who works on that project a meeting that was called 2
weeks ago to speak with her. She followed up with me yesterday to let me know
that the SemanticBits, cannot provide a developer to help us and if the had
one, it would have cost $100-120 an hour to do the work if they had someone
available. Peter Li told her the estimate for how much work it would take is
6 weeks if we had done the testing.

The next meeting is Tuesday, June 9th at 4 PM on Zoom.

Raj said there have been many changes that, hopefully, will aid in improving
performance but will also require they use of many new libraries.

We are still working on a solution to fix the problem of repeating calculation results for measures with multiple population sets.

Raj has identified the cause of the issue to be a problem with the user interface where multiple calculation requests were created while only one request is needed. Fixing this issue has been difficult due to the antiquated Thorax based JavaScript code.

Today's agenda:

Thanks to Raj and Luke, the problem of repeating calculation results for measures with multiple population sets have been fixed. Now we are able to pass the Cypress tests containing multiple population sets, i.e., CMS144, CMS145, CMS156, etc. Raj will go over the solution that fixed the problem.

We still have issues with displaying results for measures that have multiple population sets and stratifications. The calculation completes but the UI fails to display the results - showing "Loading" and never finishes. Once we fix this problem, I believe we will be able to complete the full C2/C3 Cypress tests.

In the past two weeks we have resolved the issues of displaying the measure results for measure with multiple population sets and stratifications. I has since completed the Cypress C2/C3 tests for all EH and EP measures.

We are now working on fixing issues related to C4 tests. Once complete, we should be able to have our first beta release of popHealth v6.1.

We are working on Azure AD to login.
We sort of got it working but not complete.

John G is assigned to work on the front end and found an issue with coffeescript so 

he will be correcting that.
Also, Vuejs will work parallel with Thorax because we can not swap out every part of code.
