Hi summer and semester volunteers!
The year-long volunteers (and Moses and I) have decided to get together in Tsumeb on the weekend of 16-18 July! Nothing formal--just fun! :) I know that many of you already have your weekends fully booked with travel or are busy at school, but nonetheless, you are all cordially invited to join us! We're staying at Martins Backpacker again. The phone number is 067 220310 if you'd like to make a booking. :)

As much as we would like to meet all of you in Tsumeb (it took me forever to learn how to say that name & now I look at it & wonder what was my problem), we have decided that we just cannot, It is partly Jocie's fault--in one of her recent e-mails she warned us to take care of ourselves. Right now tension & stress is running high & then we were informed that we each have to set an exam for the circuit mock tests. Although getting away can sometimes be helpful, we are afraid that at this point it has become another thing to prepare for & another 2-3 days during which we will accomplish nothing to reduce our load.
Have a wonderful weekend--go to Makalani (?) & eat some fantastic food!!!
If you do something this is absolutely the most wonderful thing that you have ever done in your entire lives, please, don't tell us about it!! What we don't know won't hurt us.
