Hi everybody,

I sent out an invitation couple of days ago....

I think we need to talk to each other ASAP. Firstly
to introduce ourselves quickly, but more importantly
to discuss what we still ought to do for this year.

Question: when and how will we do the meeting?

I am constrained during working hours, so propose
between 1800-0100 Central European Time (=Madrid).

I suggest we do a chat, what platform/software
we use we can decide later...

Please reply ASAP in order to actually go forward
with it.
