Today is an important meeting. Debra-sue will be assigning tasks to
all the volunteers.
Also, if you want to be involved with the video team, we will be going
over who will be shooting what, and how to use the equipment.
This is an important meeting but if you can't make it, please let us
know if you still want to help out with the festival on July 4th.
