Changing Variables in the Binary Windows Version

Hello all, I have tried installing the python version to no avail, but the binary version runs fine. The problem is I don't know how to change up the variables like number of plates and such. I see it come up when the command prompt runs the .exe but I have no clue how to actually change it.

Never mind, I figured out how to do it in the command line. If you want to know how to do it just type worldengine --help into a command prompt.
