CMS Releases Informational Bulletin Rescinding the “Fast Track” Process for Section 1115 Demonstration Applications

Today, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) released an informational bulletin to rescind the “fast track” process for reviewing proposals from states to extend their longstanding section 1115 demonstrations that was established in July 2015.
