  • Address Burnout. Burnout is a growing concern among public health professionals. The National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) will host a webinar on May 22, 2024, 1-2 pm ET called “Understanding and Preventing Burnout among Public Health Workers: Guidance for Public Health Leaders.” This webinar will describe how a new online training provides a comprehensive, yet simple and practical way to understand burnout.   • Maintain Measles Elimination. The United States has maintained the elimination of measles since 2000. However, measles cases can occur when people travel to and from the U.S., especially when travelers are unvaccinated or under-vaccinated against measles. Review clinical presentation and diagnosis of measles infection, how to report suspected cases to public health agencies, and outline recommendations for measles vaccination in the United States with this recorded webinar.
