WRSA General assembly -Thursday, October 3rd - Agenda

Dear colleagues,
please find attached the agenda of our next general assembly, that will be held during our next 13th World Rabbit Congress, on Thursday, October 3rd, 2024, from 19:00 to 20:30.

All members of a WRSA branches are invited to the general assembly, but only council members can vote.
Each branch must propose council member(s) (delegates) that will have the voting rights, to elect the next WRSA office (President, Treasurer, Secretary, etc.), and to design the branch that will organise the 14th WRC in 2028.


Registered members of a branch are defined according to the fee that pay a branch to the WRSA.
Fee for WRSA registration can be paid directly to the treasurer during the congress, or either by bank transfer.

Number of council member per branch is defined according to the rule below:
10 to 25 registered members = 1 Council Member (1 vote)
26 to 99 Members = 2 Council Members (2 votes)
100 or more Members = 3 Council Members  (3 votes)
