On behalf of several German WRSA members, I would like to know:

Are there any standards or other legally binding regulations regarding vitamin D 3 supplementation in rabbit feed (does, fattening rabbits) as minimum or limit values in different countries?

Is there any current research on vitamin supplementation for rabbits?

Are there any current scientific findings on the positive or negative effects of vitamin D 3 on the health and performance of rabbits (does, fattening rabbits)?

Or is this irrelevant in the practical, intensive rabbit farming of your countries?
