bug report: ambiguous feed names

I've noticed that my worldOutline feed and DW's feed have the same default name.  The more people that come online, this could get confusing in a river.

Confirmed working here too.  Setting the link pref had the side effect of River2 pulling in my blog's favicon now.  Yay! for the unexpected.
