SUBJECT: Dancing For The Dream in Rochester, New York this Saturday
FROM: John Robinson,
mrsho...@gmail.com

ATTENTION LINE DANCERS in Rochester, Syracuse, Buffalo, the Toronto area and BEYOND!

This Saturday (September 28), Dancing For The Dream is coming to Pieters Family Life Center, located at 1025 Commons Way in Rochester, New York.

D4D seminars are a wonderful way to line dance a day away while mingling with like-minded individuals and getting some excellent health tips in the process! You'll smile, you'll laugh, you'll get plenty of exercise, and most of all - you'll have FUN.

Doors open at 9:30am. We'll warm-up promptly at 10am followed by a series of entertaining lessons intermingled with open dancing, continuing through 4pm. Every person registered gets their very own program booklet, goodie bag, "heart-smart" lunch, two protein snacks, and an opportunity to win the Grand Prize (given away at lunch time).

Beginners/new line dancers are encouraged to attend. You will learn some fun basic steps that you can enjoy throughout the entire day and build upon as you continue dancing in the future. More experienced dancers will be challenged with a good mix of low impact routines designed to stimulate your mental acuity and amplify your physical well-being.

D4D Founder and International Recording Artist SCOOTER LEE will host the event, lead several starter dances, and keep you thoroughly entertained throughout the day. I'll be there to guide you through several line dances (both as full teaches and quick reviews), provide some helpful technique tips, and encourage you to enjoy yourself. Super J-Mart will be set up for your shopping pleasure; Scooter Lee will also have her music CDs, instructional DVDs, and related merchandise available for purchase.

SCHEDULED TO BE TAUGHT this weekend: "Tulane" - a new dance from world-renowned choreographer Rachael McEnaney! Plus a variety of new material from Jo Thompson Szymanski, including "Forever Cool" and "Let's Break Up Tomorrow." Recent D4D seminars have also included Maggie Gallagher's "Honey Pie."

To register, go online here: www.dancingforthedream.com

(Personal note from John Robinson: This will be my FIRST EVER workshop in Rochester. Hope to see you there!)
