Subject: Dancingw/Trev 8/17 Hey Dance Fam! I hope this e-mail finds you all having a wonderful week so far! It's not surprise mine has already been off to a busy start!. :) The beginning stages of our custom built kitchen are coming together. We have cabinets/Drawers & a pantry! Briana is happy that we can start cleaning things up and putting them away where they go. We do still have quite a few things to be completed. (eye roll) Found out we can't hook up the sink yet because the countertop company needs it to create the correct template for the undermount. So.. 3 more weeks... 3 more weeks.. Almost there! Some finishing touches with our crown molding on the cabinets as well. I've attached a couple pictures here so you can see the progress.(zip folder) from before/during/up to date. I'll have some final photos next month too! (if anyone wants to see the progress.)
Dance stuff!
The legendary Barn in Sanford- has some exciting things happening! Here are some important dates to know about.
This weekend! August 21- We have the Barnanza 11.5. With John Robinson and a minor change. It seems that we unfortunately will not be having Brandon Zahorsky join us. :( However, in his place we will be having Rob Holley! Along side John Robinson of course! We will be having a great day. I will be there as well! Along with my daughter Madison. Who's apparently very excited. :)
Please know.. this event/workshop is in fact sold out. So if you didn't register already, you missed out-BUT please feel free to still come join us Friday night and we can have our own little pre-party! We will also have a big party Saturday after the Barnanza!
August 28th, Thompson Square will be in concert at The Barn.
September 5th- Darryl Worley/Craig campbell/Trailer Choir/Kendall Tucker/Jared Blake- All in concert! Boy that sounds like a party right there!
September 18th - Trucks Gone Wild will be having their "Tug o Wars"
November 5th- Laine hardy in concert.
And apparently.. We have a very big name artist that will also be coming to the Barn. However, I cannot tell you who it is just yet! :) Sorrrryyy.
I've also attached for you the dances we worked on and learned last Friday and Saturday night! Please make sure that you're looking these step sheets over. print them out.. make notes for yourselves!
Looking forward to introducing a couple new ones this week! I'm ahead of the game this week for lessons! ;)

How to Vote in the Weekly Survey List up to 8 of your favorites with choreographer and level if you know it and email to me at tka...@aol.com before 6:30 PM EDT on Sunday. Please add the choreographer and level of the dance if you know it. |
Reminder from Carol Please do not number the votes 1-8, send me extra things, or put the name on one line and the other information on another line, it saves me time because I have to erase all extra things and spacing and formatting before I can sort. Thanks, as always, for your votes. Classes, socials, and events are starting again and we NEED to know what dances most people will know or want to know so your vote is important. |
