Time to put your dancing shoes on and head to THE BARN in Sanford, Florida, on Thursday and Saturday nights as World Renown Instructor/Choreographer/Performer/Judge/Coach and multiple title winner  RACHAEL
 
McENANEY WHITE will be filling in for TREVOR THORNTON.   TREVOR  will be out of town, as he has been given an unbelievable opportunity to go teach in France. In his absence, he has asked RACHAEL to fill in for him.
 

RACHAEL will be teaching with myself on the main floor at THE BARN.   RACHAEL plans to teach "Whip It" and "How I Want Ya" and I plan to teach "The Fighter" and "Record Year".    Line dance class and open dance
 
starts at 7:00 p.m.    Cover is $5.   Hope you can make it to these special nights at THE BARN, 1200 S. French Avenue, Sanford, FL  32771.

We hope that your feet will join ours on Aug. 20 for Janis' 7th annual BARN-ANZA with the fabulous John Robinson and Junior Willis.  Yes, they are both back this year!!! This is a one day workshop that is packed with fun!! 
 
From morning check-in when you get your packet of 'stuff', free coffee and donut holes, thru lunch (included) from Firehouse subs, drawings, shopping, and interspersed with teaches and open dance time till it's over at 4
 
p.m.  Not enough, you say???????  Come back to The Barn that night at 7 (included) for more fun!  The boys will be there and fun is always had by all. This is one of the greatest dance halls around, sporting several bars,
 
several dance rooms, an upstairs, mechanical bull, karaoke room, and more!!!  The bar will be open for the workshop, and water and soft drinks will be only $1.  Please do not bring your own drinks (water, soft drinks or
 
hard drinks or coolers).  The workshop will be non-smoking all day!!  For the evening, there is a non-smoking area with special air handlers to keep the smoke away (for if/when you are not on the dance floor).  The cost is
 
only $50 if you register by July 20th!!!

For those coming do check out the hotel restaurant.  I didn’t realize until recently that there is a full restaurant behind the bar!  And it serves delicious food.   They have a new chef and he sure knows how to cook!  They
 
will be ready for you for all meals during the day.
 
If you are hoping to do some sight seeing you can take the free hotel shuttle to the airport and the Union Pearson Express will take you straight downtown in 25 minutes for only $24 return, seniors $12 return.   Alternatively
 
from the Airport you can take the Express Bus which will take you to the subway system and from there it is very easy to head into town, the whole journey, bus and subway, will cost you $3 one way.
 
We have a fantastic staff, so come and have fun!

I am pleased to announce that the one and only, Scott Blevins, will be returning for The Outer Rim's Summer BBQ here in New Jersey on Saturday, July 9, 2016.  This will be our 9th Summer celebration with Scott!
 
This event will commence at 3 PM and end at 11PM.  Scott will be teaching three dances.  For your eating pleasure, there will be a Barbecue buffet dinner prepared by our very own "Chef Mike", along with snacks
 
throughout the day and evening..  Following the meal will be a full evening of dancing, including reviews of the three lessons.
