Adding participants and other questions

We have a couple of youth who didn't make the registration cut-off,
but now really want to participate in the WorldChangers trip. Are
there any open spots? If so, how do I go about adding these?

Other questions, and I realize the site visit might answer these, but
I am out of the country on a business trip the dates of the site
visit.

*What kind of work will the youth be doing? We thought we would have
"learn a skill" day, and let them get some experience with hammering
in nails, handling a paint brush, and other skills they might need.

*What are the sleeping and showering facilities going to be like?

*Will sleeping arrangements be split up by churches, or all girls
grouped together in a large space like a gym? Will there be any way to
secure belongings left at the sleeping facility -- for example, each
church group of girls/boys stays in a Sunday School room and their
adult sponsor has a key?

*What about showering facilities? How many for the girls? How many for
the boys? Will the girls be able to shower in separate stalls or
enclosures of some sort? If it is going to be a mass communal shower,
I need to prepare my girls for that as some are quite modest, and will
probably want to pack swimsuits to shower in for the week.

Thanks in advance for the information. We are especially anxious to
know if we can add around three participants to our group. If we can,
they need to get involved in our fundraising immediately.
