How to get the names of countries?

When I run the query below I get most of the data I want, but I get a cryptic ID for countryname, like "country":{"id":"Z4". How can I get the name of the country in the feed?

http://api.worldbank.org/countries/all/indicators/SP.DYN.CBRT.IN?format=json&per_page=500&date=2013&code=country

The country name is on the "name" property of the same node.

If you just want the country names with no data, use this request:

http://api.worldbank.org/v2/en/countries
