World Bank Data API updated

The World Bank Data Group has published updates to the 2.0 version of the World Bank Data API, available from https://api.worldbank.org/v2/. New and improved features include enhanced metadata and indicator queries, local language support and improved data download! See the documentation for more details. All changes are backwards compatible. 

To ensure users have time to make changes, the 1.0 version of the World Bank Data API will be discontinued on January 25th 2019. This means that from January 26th 2019, all API requests must begin with the prefix "/v2"; for example, https://api.worldbank.org/v2/countries. Other than that, existing endpoints should be backward compatible. More details are available in the documentation.
