Martin, Martino was the gentleman who said he can't disclose the information. Is there anything you can do to acquire the information?

Jin,

Thank you for your email. The information you are seeking is kept by Columbia’s Facilities department. I really do not know if it is something they openly share, but the person to ask is Frank Martino, Vice President for Facilities Operations.  Please note that Frank is likely to be quite preoccupied with the task of managing the campus properties through the nor’easter we are experiencing today. Frank can be reached at fm2...@columbia.edu.

Dear Mr. Wright,
I hope this email finds you well. As mentioned before in the email to Ms. Mesa, my name is Jin Lin, I am a senior in SEAS (Civil Engineering Major) and am currently enrolled in Professor Stute's "Workshop in Sustainable Development." Our semester project this year is comparing Lamont's energy usage to that of other institutions.our group was wondering if you or your department keeps records of our annual electricity/gas usage for the buildings in Columbia and if so, are we, as students, allowed to obtain a copy for our project. Please get back to me at your earliest convenience, thank you very much.

Sincerely,
Jin Lin
