Release of Version 0.3.2

I was happily surprised last week when someone added an issue to the Workpattern repository in GitHub.  It wasn't playing nicely with Rails and MortadaAK kindly suggested I rename the methods.  I read the email notification from GitHub a few days after it was posted and made sure I fixed it that day and released this new version.  

I'm happy to say that Workpattern should now work with Rails.
