Feature Suggestion --- Tags: Hidden/Visible

This would be useful for Painter, but also for other times when you don't want to see the categorization scheme.

Two possibilities:

1. Tags: Hidden/Visible toggle, works just like Completed: Hidden/Visible toggle
2. Painter Tags: Hidden/Visible toggle: works just like #1 but only hides color tags like #green
