I have installed the add in for the highlighter within Google, but it will not show up in my bar. The extension is enabled. Unable to locate it.

I have the same problem as Kellicut and I'm running 30.0.1599.66 m which is the latest as ofr 10.3.2013. I assume you are asking the version because the program doesn't run on earlier pgms, right?
