I´d like to proppose this as an approach to building off the Bernie Sanders campaign.

The WIIU lends its critical and limited support to Bernie Sander´s campaign for president of the United States on the basis of his call for the American people to Stand up to the billionaire class, and create a political revolution.  This should not be construed as support for the democratic  party, or Sanders reformist approach to standing up to the billionaire class.  We are trying to fill a nationwide slate of candidates with working class people who will stand for the upcoming House and Senate races as independent socialists around a program for building transformational industrial unions and a revolutionary network of workers´cooperatives, the classwide organs of emancipation that will be capable of ushering in the age of industrial democracy.  Like Bernie Sanders, we draw inspiration from Eugene Debs, and the cornerstone of our approach to standing up to the billionaire class is Deb´s 1905 speech, Industrial Unionism.
