Location – Atlanta, GA - No Remote
Duration: 6+ months

- Experience with AmazonConnect Contact flow Design, including voice, chat, email, SMS integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Lambda, Amazon Lex, AWS CLI, Kinesis, S3, RDS and other core AWS services, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, CloudFormation, QuickSight, and IAM.
- Experience with Python/JavaScript/Node.js
- Experience with CI/CD development methodology to enhance deployment efficiency.
- Understanding of REST APIs and integrations with third-party applications such as CRMs, ITSMs, Salesforce, etc.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing Connect environments using native toolsets or 3rd party analytics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creating detailed documentation for Connect configurations including call flows, architectures, integrations,
