I figured I would run a test of the project between myself and some friends on another network. It worked perfectly, however the only problem being is that whenever a player joins the game, the host camera becomes completely locked, and movement restricted. The host can still see the other players moving around, so its not frozen either. This glitch is replicated every time.

So my problem is, like the titel says, that characters, or to be more specific, many monsters and animals, for example horses, Draugr, Falmers, Foxes, etc are stiff and don't do anything. Falmers and Draugr are standing with spread arms in the room and don't move, don't attack, nothing. But when I kill them they ragdoll to the ground like there was no problem. It definitely isn't a problem of FNIS, I ran it multiple times, and all the other characters and monsters act and move completely normal. I already tried to uninstall all mods but that didn't work, then I tried to delete Skyrim from Steam and reinstall it, but that didn't work either.. Now I'm just really frustrated and I hope anyone here can help me. :smile:

Try starting a new game. A lot of mod information is stored in your save games, and if there is some bug or conflict, it's liable to be stored there too, even long after you removed the problematic mod, or reinstalled the game.

Hey bud, sorry if this thread is too old to reply to, but how did you fix it? I recently came across this problem and have tried every solution I could think of. Reinstall, new game, deactivate mods. None of those worked. What did you do to fix it?

For all the people having issues still...I had this glitch but for me it was simple to do, uninstall fnis creatures, run fnis, install fnis creatures, run fnis and play skyrim (SKSE). This is how I fixed it, others may not be so lucky though...

Curious. The quest "Into the Pitt" is not wanting to start. I got the distress signal from Wernher, but not even that started the quest. I then decided to go to the radio tower, no map marker. I found Wernher and the Raiders attacking him; but when the Raiders are all killed and Wernher is safe, I can't talk to him. All he says is, "We've got to keep moving." This is an issue that I have actually never heard of before. In fact, I can't find any other forum topics relating to this.

Once again, you have failed to provide the requisite information that we ask for in order to help you, namely your load order. Perhaps this is because you believe this is actually an issue with TTW itself and not any mods that you are using.

Consider yourself warned: the next time you post a so-called 'bug report' for TTW without providing any info, you are going to be banned. This thread is not at all helpful for the TTW team; it's a nuisance.

Well, this is weird. Any console commands I type in related to a quest or asset from Fallout 3 will not work. After looking at the page from the Fallout wiki, I typed in "setstage 0100108c 10". I did nothing. Command was invalid. Did I type in something wrong?

By my estimation, a good 90% of all the "problems" people have are load order, for user error related. The remaining 10% can be accounted for by in game problems that Bethesda/Obsidian NEVER PATCHED themselves, and look at that, the TTW team even COVERS the majority of those by providing a mod to fix vanilla game problems: -fixes-222-official-bugfix-pack-ttw

Turning all the mods off didn't help. This may not be relevant or make any sense, but I'm going to see what happens if I start a new game. You say that it's a vanilla glitch, so let's see what happens. Vanilla glitches don't generally repeat themselves. My theory is that it could be savegame issue related to a mod I had to get rid of because it was causing problems.

Yep, I just started a new game, and there was the issue, all fixed. Before all of this, I had to remove a few mods that were causing problems; but I think the damage from the faulty mods was still there. This is something new. Be sure to watch out for problems like these. Damn, I have to start all over again; but I love the Fallout games. I can care less if I restart with a new game.

Sooooooo today i played through fallout 3 for the first time (pshhht dont hate on me please)... Now after you finish the main quest and activate the purifier the broken steel dlc should start after the ending sequence. You wake up in the citadelle but I am stuck under the bed, can't move and the elder who is supposed to talk to me is also not in the room.

Google didnt help me at all... Hmm it might be worth mentioning that i had some tiny graphical glitches where the "!" Symbol in a square was shown on the floor etc... When Steam checked for missing game files it didnt find anything either...

1) While in the final stage of 'Take It Back!' after Lyons speaking to you about activation of Project Purity, decide the way to do it and set objective (I've picked to sacrifice myself, so my goal was to 'Activate Project Purity!')

4) Type 'startquest xx000802' in console; replace xx with the nuber of you Broken Steel addon. (it depends on number you Broken Steel have while loading; if you have difficulties with this number I'll explain it in the next step)
