Jan. 17, 2012: News, New Site, Free Offers
News:
If you've noticed you haven't been receiving the work911 newsletter, it's because we were attempting to automate the process and make the newsletter more attractive. It didn't work, for a number of reasons, so we're back to the plain Jane look and content. We'll do better.
In early 2011, President Obama signed an executive order aimed at improving customer service in government. We decided to build a new website at
http://customerservicegov.com to talk about the many issues tied in to the challenges of providing citizens like you and me with better customer service from government. There's some material focused on those working IN government, but we see it as a place where non-government people can discuss what they expect and want from government. There's a resources section, and our blog is an area where we'll post polls (see below), and questions that you'll probably be interested in, whether you are a government employee, or a citizen having to interact with government. This is meant to compliment our main customer service site, where you`ll find over 1,000 articles on customer service issues at
http://customerservicezone.com
Polls/Talk To Us

We'd appreciate it if you drop by and register your opinion, and of course, we welcome any explanations or comments. The address is:
