As many of you know Bacal & Associates has been publishing the Work911
newsletter for about six years. We now have about 7,000 subscribers.

To better meet subscriber needs WE NEED TO HEAR FROM YOU, about what
kinds of topics and subject matter you would like to see included in
our newsletter and websites.

Our mandate is to cover all aspects of workplace life, so we'd like to
focus on that.

We'd appreciate it if you would take a few moments to let us know what
workplace topics you would like to see covered in our newsletter.
Conflict? Dealing with difficult boss? Getting Promoted? Whatever
you're looking for.

You can reply to this message and send in your comments. Thanks.

Hello Robert,

Thanks for the updated site. It's better organized and easier on the
eyes than your previous sites. I've sent the URL out to my management
group; hopefully they'll find some things of value.

Keep up the great work!

Thank you Koda. We're constantly struggling with whether we should be
spending time updating how our sites look, and doing other things, like
writing. A number of our sites are old in terms of Internet time, and
things have advanced so much so that what was OK before is shabby and
hard to use now.

There's also the challenge and risk that major site changes will result
in search engines not listing sites so high in the listings. So, our
older sites are kind of "stuck" if they have significant traffic.

I am interested in keeping informed about the most important trends in
training, benefits, recruitment, change management and other HR related
areas.

Thanks
