Dear Bacal:

Thank you very much for your concern about my input in your website, let me tell you that you are doing a great job, the subjects matter concerning Business Management, Human Resources is leading the right way, in view of the world business competition and changes in the Business Management areas that is affecting not only America the the whole world.

Th information that you mentioned in your website is giving me realistic and concrete ideas for chosing a different direction, but I have some suggetions that you may consider for your website and that I am considering sharing with you.

"The facts about global Management."

 China and Asia is changing rapidly, the world economies are having problems to deal with Asian Management, It will be a good idea to provide not only the differences of Aisan and America way of doing Business, but explaint in the detail American Management and Asia Management objectively;

Explaining  how to interact each other to open doors to introduce themselves to create a contact business approaches among the North american Nation and Asian nations, it is a factual case right now in Asia, they want to know how to approach american business sectors and establish that business contacts;

so we need more feedback about contacts, resources information, explaint cultural differences about market approaches and principles and how we cope with market supplies and demands of Asian products and services.

"Business Culture"

Is a factor for making business, courses, lessons, management subjects, business vocabulary, business letters formats, an index for all subjects will be a great ideal program to teach all Asian the way is done in America.

There are so many areas that needs to  be address issues for Asian peoplpe to understand how business is made in North Amerca what is the advantages and disadvantages, equally must be mentioned because is a fact and people in Asia are concern about these inputs.

I hope that theses comments will help to developed other areas of management and bring these information resources to copw with the present demand of North American Business Information for Asian people.

Respectfully,

Jay

Thank you very much for your comments and feedback. I have always been
interested in practices, particularly business practices in Asia, but
alas, I am fairly ignorant.

You might, however, be interested to know that my first book (and
perhaps others, they don't always tell me) was translated into Chinese,
very early on. I don't know how compatable the book - Performance
Management - A Briefcase Book, would be in Asia, but at least it's
available.
