Our expat Managing Director is looking for a Personal Assistant.

automotive products, heavy equipment, food and fuel services. We are
the Land Rover distributor for Kazakhstan, and will start operations
for Ford cars in the near future. Additionally we are in the process

Personal assistant to the General Director (Almaty Based)
This position reports to the Country Manager / General Director.
Principal Responsibilities and Duties:
Assist with day to day business arrangements, travel, meetings and
office administration
Providing written and spoken translation from Russian to English
Co-ordinate and manage meetings, issue minutes and follow-up on
behalf of the General Director
Manage external suppliers and support Marketing with outside
events
The role may also involve some general administration in HR and
Purchasing.
Required Skills and Competencies:
Must be fluent in spoken and written English and Russian (Kazakh
language skills an advantage)
Must have high energy and outstanding communications skills
Be a good team member with strong interpersonal skills
Independent and able to act with authority
An ability and desire to learn
Be a highly responsible person with attention to detail, and a
strong desire to succeed
Capable in Microsoft Word and Excel (PowerPoint an advantage)
