Production Dispatching Lead

KPG Recruitment is looking for candidates for Production Dispatching
Lead position, Atyrau, 5/2.



* Engineering degree desired (preferably Chemical, Process or Oil
& Gas).

* Fluent written and spoken English, including a good
understanding of technical English

* Minimum 5-10 years experience in oil and gas industry to have
included:

v Exposure to both onshore and offshore operations and/or project
experience.

v Working in front line oil and gas production operations and shift
working.

v Interfaces with third party pipeline operators in Caspian area.

v Managing forecasting, nominations and messaging processes

v Working in a control room or collaboration environments

v Understanding of Production Programming, Hydrocarbon Allocation
processes and metering methodologies.

* Computer literate and ability to analyse and present complex
data, structures and processes in a concise manner. Previous
experience in RTO data management and PI based applications.

* Excellent interpersonal, team working, communicating and
influencing skills

* Ability to work effectively within multi discipline teams and
to lead projects with no direct line accountability

* Ability to work at various levels and across well established
boundaries.

* Excellent understanding of production operating processes and
terminology.

* Delivery and performance track record.

* Fluent in Russian both spoken and written.
