@Sasuke-chan I know that your opinion was reasonable, but I want that. One piece has the [1080p] which was the same of making area. So I want if it is possible to make 1080p anyway. how do you think the naruto 1080P is the same as 720P in term of the video quilities? If that be so, I'm satisfied the naruto 720P :)

Thankyou for this site! More power. Still waiting for part 2 season 19 of One Piece

Thanks for your replies everyone. I systematically tried each piece of the jigsaw until I found a solution. Unfortunately, emby was the issue. Trying Plex worked perfectly. Not sure where the incompatibility lies but I can be 100% certain I can watch buttery smooth streams locally again.

EndeavourOS is in the same position as Manjaro - as it is last link in the chain connecting the dots - the last piece in the puzzle - the turnkey solution enabling H264 and H265 hardware encoding/decoding in the mesa library.

I am currently trying to decode and use a proprietary video stream of an IP cam and I feel like I am very close but I just cannot find the last piece of the puzzle. The camera is set to 1 FPS, CBR and an I-Frame interval of 1 for maximum consistency.

But there are extra things to think about. The encoding piece becomes easy; it's the content management that becomes difficult. And you have to worry about what color space is this, where's my white point, and what transfer function was used. So you have to know a lot more about the content that's coming in and how to handle it properly so you don't make it suddenly it's all red, and the user ends up seeing something that wasn't intended in the first place. So it's much easier to screw things up with HDR than it is with any other combination.

1) Split the file into two pieces using 7Zip (man page) - split the file with no compression for best speed. Copy over each piece to Android, then with zArchiver or 7zipper installed on the Android, join the files back together into your humongously sized movie.
