trouble with multiple devices

I have Worsmith installed on my Toshiba tablet and my Android phone.
All of a sudden my tablet has stopped updating even when I refresh.
Games progress as usual on the phone but I prefer to play most of the
time on tablet. Any suggestions?

We currently only support push notifications on a single device per account.  You should turn off push notifications on one device and refresh manually instead.

I had already bought wordsmith pro version, and have bought a new device.
How can I activate the pro version on my new device?

Delete the original version from both devices.  Download the pro-version onto your tablet.  Try that!
