Dear Wordsmith Team,
I would like to report the two incidents in my Wordsmith game wherein it ended after I rebooted my iPod Touch because it was taking too long to refresh it. When I came back, it is already in my Finished Games. It is strange because both games, there are still tiles to draw and I can win the other game with a last bingo move. How come this is happening, it is so upsetting. I did not resign and I know that there are 104 tiles in a wordsmith game, kindly explain to me if this is a bug that needs to be fixed. This situation happened to me before and maybe I presumed to be an isolated case. But it occurred now.
I am sending to you the screenshot of my two games for you to see that my opponent should have tiles in his rack in these board positions.
From the first screenshot below, it is clear that there are still 5 tiles to draw. Then I played GAUZE and collected the 5 tiles as in 2nd screenshot. So, there should be 7 tiles in his rack. U can see in the 3rd screenshot that he only played 2 tiles for his PIQUE. Maybe around 2 days before his last move, now I am about to bingo starting with S to hook GAUZE when it began refreshing. Since it is taking so long, I rebooted my device and when I came back it is already finished!
I am also wondering as there is no time limit set in our game. I hope you can enlighten me with this incident.
Im thinking of giving up Wordsmith if this case is repeated.
