GSoC: Week 12 Status update

Firstly i?d like to say, I?ve enjoyed Summer of Code, and thanks to the WP
devs who chose to accept my proposal.
Secondly, i?d like to remind any testers that this plugin requires
wordpress 2.3(currently in alpha).

The final Evaluation code is available in this branch:
http://wordpress-soc-2007.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/dd32.crazyman/tags/gsoc-final-evaluation/

>> Whats happened since the mid week dash update?
* Fixes, lots and lots of bug fixes
* Lots and lots of internationalisation
* Implemented nightly plugin update checks (If enabled) - Well actually,
Daily checks at whatever time you enable the checks..
* Bit of a documentation for some of the filters:
http://wordpress-soc-2007.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/dd32.crazyman/trunk/docs/Docs2.htm
(You may need to save this as it may not serve as HTML document)

>> Useful Things

This week the most useful resource i came accross was this blog entry:
(Timing is everything: scheduling in WordPress
[http://blog.slaven.net.au/archives/2007/02/01/timing-is-everything-scheduling-in-wordpress/])
It outlines on how to use the WP-Cron functionality.

I tagged mine too, but it sucks that Subversion doesn't have real
tagging, so that if Google didn't believe that was my August 20th
code, they could just check it out. Now, I can backport as I desire
because it's not a real tag.

I know that's a bit off topic, but you incited a rant. Sorry.

Doesnt SVN store dates for each revision as well or something?

In other news, Matt has written some simple plugin update check code up
and seems to have done an API on wordpress.org that checks for plugin
updates:
http://trac.wordpress.org/ticket/4795

None of thats my code, And it seems my work may've been for nothing, But
hey, I enjoyed GSoC anyway :)
