The code sample submission guidelines seem to contradict. The
instructions in the "Overview" section seems to point to using the
first link but the instructions in "How To Provide Your Code Sample"
point to the second link. (I ask because my code sample is in the
latter, not the former..)

Google created that one, they want you to put your code sample in the downloads section

So take a tar.gz of your code from this repos(In the state it was on the 20th August), name it to celeste_paul.tar.gz and upload it to the download section on http://code.google.com/p/google-summer-of-code-2007-wordpress/
