Podcasting Weekly Status Update for the Week of Aug 5th

Time is dwindling in the SoC, but I feel I'm still on track to have
this finished by the 20th.

This week I:

- Made the UI completely functional for adding new podcast formats
- Worked out a few bugs in the adding of podcast formats
- Added the ability to edit and delete podcast formats (and clean up
nicely after a delete)
- Provided RSS auto-discovery links for any additional formats.

Next week I will:

- Add support for audio playback in posts
- Provide a UI for easily dropping in a player on any podcast

Once I get those two items done, I will have completed my initial goal
for the Summer of Code. Any time left over next week will be spent
cleaning up code, checking for bugs, and verifying everything works as
intended.
