Well hello there fellas!
Been a while since I poked my ugly head in the list! Long time ! Hope everyones well, I see lots of amazing traction on the repo, Gary and team chowing down on issues and doing a great job ;) Well, I've been happily helping the odd person with support requests (been a while since I've been able to find the time) and I noticed a little oddity...

Now, I feel like such a newb, but I had a look in the issues and couldn't find anything, just thought I'd ask the thread before I go and stick an issue up and find out I totally missed something,,,

Discount + Shipping

Table rate:
1 and above $20
50 and above $30

Discount : 50%

Product: $40

I add one to cart,
Total: $40
get shipping : $30
correct..

I add discount of 50%
Total $20
I get shipping $30
is there some setting Im missing? I want my shipping to reflect the Total+discount ? but that doesnt seem to be happening... I thought this was a setting once upon a time ?

Am I missing something? should I report this as a bug?
