I'm looking for someone to help me on my site

I have created my WP site and it's been up and running for a few months now but I am having some problems.  Honestly, I would rather hire someone to fix it for me than try to fix it myself at this point.  I know some people have their expertise in this field, and I do not.  I need the home page and blog pages fixed and organized, basically.  If anyone is interested or knows someone who is and who can come into my office to fix it (I'd rather not give out my password, etc. to someone I've never met), please forward me their info!  Thanks!
