Hi folks,
Because I live out in the boonies where internet is slow and/or
expensive, I recently started subletting a small office on a fairly
quiet street near Congress & Stassney.
There's an additional office available, roughly 9.5 x 9.5 feet. One wall
is all window (north facing). We have our own entrance and smallish
lobby area (10 x 20), and share bathroom and kitchenette with the
computer geeks we're subletting from.
Very "South Austin". Dog friendly. Nerd friendly. $600/month.
Perfect for a WordPress developer needing to get out of the house or
needing a location with fiber speeds.
