Need Theme / Plugin Recommendations - Urgent

I am working on a proposal for a fairly big client and I'd love to get some advise as to what themes and/or plugins I should be looking at.

The client is a cooking school and the current website is in Drupal 6. They want to move it to Wordpress.

The requirements are:

• responsive
  
• modern and clean and awesome
  
• shopping cart for tickets to events, to sign up for classes, gift cards, retail merchandise
  
• forms for contact, applications for school
  
• subscription service for online classes

I am an iThemes/Builder developer so I am looking at those options but wanted to check with the larger community as well.

The proposal is due, of course, TODAY!
