Whats with a "SRt-SPg"?

I kinda know what it is but how do I get rid of it? Can't seem to
find it in 'help'

is this a hidden code that you only see when you hit reveal codes?  if so, why do you want to get rid of it?  i think SRt means "soft return", as opposed to hard return, and SPg means soft [new] page.

Thanks, I figured it out. I had a document with embedded pictures and
after editing I had big spaces that seemed to be held up with the "SRt-
SPg" code (soft return- soft page). I found it was always associated
with 'where' the graphic was anchored. I moved the 'anchor' and the
big space(s) went away.
