[SJLC] 5 Easter worship

Good afternoon to each and every one of you!

 

I pray for you often each week.  May you seek and know God’s abiding presence each and every step you take!!

 

This weekend one of our congregational leaders, Shawn Wolfe, will present the sermon as a “warm up”  for the summer sabbatical series.  We will have two or three sermons preached this summer by faithful lay persons.  Shawn’s message will focus on who God is for us, and how we understand God’s place in regard to our whole lives.  Our thanks in advance to Shawn for his thoughtful preparation and sharing of faith! 

 

For this weekend, the readings are as follows:

Acts 11:1-18

Psalm 148

Revelation 21:1-6

John 13:31-35

 

As always, I thank you for your faithfulness and look forward with joy  to seeing you in church on Sunday.  I hope you will take time to receive God’s gift!!
