Good afternoon to each and every one of you!
I pray that you are prepared to receive the Christ child in the near hours to come! Prayerfully, the snow tomorrow will not preclude many of us from gathering as God’s people to share in the wonderful joy of the day! Please invite a neighbor, friend or bring the relatives tomorrow!
Worship times are as follows:
3:00 P.M. Worship in the barn at Howard and Kaye Janssen’s farm- dress warm and enjoy the primitive nature of worship with live animals.
6:00 P.M. and 10:00 P.M. at St. John’s.
The sacrament of Holy Communion will be offered to all who believe that Jesus Christ is indeed our Lord and Savior!
Our music people; staff and volunteers, have been preparing for weeks to give God all the grace and glory that can be mustered Christmas eve.
As promised, the word is that Joseph will make a return visit to complete the Christmas story from his vantage point regarding the amazing transformation of God into human form.
We will conclude with the wonderful tradition of candlelight for the singing of Silent Night. God’s church called St. John’s is quite stirring at these worship times.
Join us at the service (s) of your choosing!
Grace and peace,
Pastor Mark
